Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING: Only shipping within Ireland & Northern Ireland. All goods will be sent via Fastway delivery service and will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been received. You will be notified in advance by phone or email with your delivery date. Goods will normally be delivered within 24 hours of notification . This service is very good and goods normally arrive on time & in perfect condition. Any claims arising from non-delivery of goods must be claimed within 14 days of expected delivery. Shipping costs within Ireland including Northern Ireland is a flat rate of €10:00.
RETURNS: Please choose your items carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision with your choice of goods. In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty, or are different to the product purchased on our website. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
Any requests for returning goods must be notified to Homeland Candles by email within 7 days of receipt of goods and a detailed explanation as to why you wish to return said goods. Any goods for return beyond this time will not be entertained.
Any claims being made for damaged goods must be notified to Homeland Candles by email within 24 hours & damaged goods stored for inspection. Any claims arising from non-delivery of goods must be claimed within 14 days of expected delivery. Any claims beyond this time will not be entertained.
We take a great deal of time to ensure that all of our candles and candle products are of an exceptional quality. Please make sure that you read the instructions that are printed on our products. Any issues that may arise from the burning of our candles in ways that contradict the displayed instructions are not the responsibility of Homeland Candles.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
